Send us the link to the listing from mobile.de or AutoScout24 — via the form or by email. Nothing more is needed to get started: the vehicle, destination country and your email address.

Receive fixed price
You receive an offer the same business day that includes all costs. The price is fixed; no additional items come later.

We handle it
We purchase the vehicle from the dealer and check vehicle data, availability and paperwork. We then prepare all necessary documents — for deliveries within the EU as well as export to third countries.

Take delivery
You collect the vehicle directly from the dealer — or from us near Munich. On request, we arrange transport to your country. You receive it export-ready with complete paperwork.
Clear payment sequence. In writing, in defined steps.
With six-figure amounts, the first question is: when do I pay, and when do you deliver? The sequence is settled before contract signature and divided into clearly separated steps — you never transfer more than the respective stage justifies.

Common questions
- After order confirmation you pay a 10 % deposit. You pay the remaining 90 % before handover, pickup or loading. Payment is by bank transfer; third-party payments are reviewed in advance.
- It depends on the vehicle, seller, destination country and transport route. We give you a reliable timeframe with the offer — no flat rate beforehand.
- Yes. Depending on the order you collect the vehicle directly from the dealer, from us near Munich, or we arrange transport to your country.
- For non-EU destinations we handle customs clearance and provide the necessary export documents.
- As a dealer in the EU you need a valid VAT ID for a tax-free purchase. We verify it before the contract is concluded. Buyers outside the EU do not need an EU VAT ID; there the transaction runs as an export delivery.
- No, provided the conditions for a tax-free delivery are met. Mondial Motors buys the vehicle from the dealer as a German company. You pay net, without capital tied up in a VAT deposit. We provide the export documentation.
- Send us the link to the listing. We buy the vehicle in Germany, settle the handling with the dealer and prepare the export. You collect the vehicle or we arrange transport.
- No. You can be in contact with the dealer, but you don't have to. On request we take over dealer communication, negotiation and handling in full.
- That depends on the vehicle, the buyer's status and the purchase agreement. We keep the terms transparent in the offer and contract. This does not replace legal advice.
- In principle vehicles from the German market: cars, SUVs, sports cars, vans and commercial vehicles. Send us the link and we check availability, paperwork and export eligibility.
- Yes. We work for dealers and private buyers. Whether net, gross or export is possible depends on the buyer's status and destination country.
- German, English, Italian, Spanish and Arabic.
- For the first order, we verify the buyer details and company documents once. This includes company proof, a VAT ID where required, and a copy of the managing director's or owner's ID. After this check, the client is registered with us and future orders move faster.
